General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment (T1832)
Job Description
As part of the General Merchandise & Closing team at Target, you’ll ensure products are stocked, accurately priced, and available on the sales floor. You’ll support store closing duties and prepare online orders for guests through fulfillment work. You’ll also engage guests, solve problems, and work in a fun, energetic environment that embraces teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily/weekly workload for General Merchandise departments
- Accurately complete price changes and inventory audits
- Ensure availability through fulfillment picking, packing, and shipping
- Perform closing tasks including guest assistance and department recovery
- Follow safety guidelines and operational routines
- Create a welcoming experience for guests
Who We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic about working in a team environment
- Comfortable handling cash operations and technology
- Able to adapt to current processes and guest interactions
- Able to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs
