CNC Toolmaker
Job Description
Brooksource is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Tool Maker to join our experienced team of six at a global healthcare technology leader’s very CLEAN tool shop.
In this role, you will design, fabricate, and maintain custom tools, dies, and fixtures used to support manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone recently out of school with 1+ year of experience (professional or internship) using HAAS CNC machines and Mastercam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate HAAS CNC machines and program using Mastercam.
- Build, inspect, and repair custom jigs, dies, and fixtures per engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize tool performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tool modifications and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with HAAS CNC machines and Mastercam (required).
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
