What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement new features and functionalities for HireMN.com.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with team members, including project managers and other developers, to achieve project goals.
Maintain and enhance the performance of existing website features.
Integrate with backend services to ensure a seamless, efficient user experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in web development (portfolio or examples required).
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
Experience with WordPress and PHP back-end development.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus: Experience with job board websites or related online platforms.
