Overnight Inbound (Stocking)
Job Description
Join the Target team as an Overnight Inbound Stocking Team Member, where you’ll help ensure shelves are stocked and products are available for guests by unloading, sorting, and stocking freight throughout the store. Work overnight shifts in a fun, energetic, and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Operate equipment and follow safety routines
- Ensure backroom and sales floor are organized and stocked
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards where applicable
- Support guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up fulfillment
Who We’re Looking For:
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working overnight and early morning shifts
- Can lift/move merchandise up to 40 lbs
- Values accuracy, productivity, and safety
