Full Stack Web Developer (WordPress & PHP)

HireMN.com is Minnesota’s community-driven job board, connecting 37,000+ job seekers with local employers. We’re growing fast and looking for a talented developer to help us enhance and scale our WordPress-based platform.

Responsibilities:
Customize and maintain WordPress (Superio theme) for performance and scalability
Build and optimize custom plugins and backend logic using PHP/MySQL
Implement front-end enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Integrate 3rd-party APIs (e.g., resume parsing, email alerts, analytics)
Collaborate on UX improvements and new feature rollouts (mobile app, resume DB, AI tools)
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in WordPress/PHP development
Strong HTML, CSS, JS skills; familiarity with Elementor and WPBakery a plus
Experience with WooCommerce, CPTs, and REST APIs
Comfort working with staging/live environments and DNS/hosting management
Bonus: experience with job boards, resume parsing, or AI features
